Websites for auto repair shops

Somebody whose car is making a noise is not browsing. They want to know if you are open, where you are, whether you work on their vehicle, and whether other people trust you. Everything else on the page is secondary to those four answers.

What your customers check first

Are you open right now

This is the single most looked-at thing on an auto shop website, and it is frequently missing or wrong. Hours belong high on the page and they need to match your Google listing exactly, because a mismatch is what makes someone drive to a closed shop and leave a bad review.

Where you are, and can they get there

An address that is also a link into Maps, with parking or entrance notes if your lot is awkward. On a phone, a tap should start navigation. Nobody should have to copy and paste your address.

Do you work on what they drive

Diesel, imports, fleet, transmissions, tyres, state inspections. People self-select out fast if they cannot tell, and you never hear from them, so you never find out you lost the job.

Whether anyone else trusts you

Reviews near the top, not buried on their own page. For a repair shop specifically, trust is the entire product, because the customer usually cannot evaluate the work themselves.

What we build for you

  • Hours and address treated as primary content, not footer text
  • Click-to-call and tap-to-navigate on every screen
  • Clear service listings covering what you actually do
  • Reviews pulled into the page where people will see them
  • Appointment or estimate requests straight to your inbox
  • A careers page with real job listings and online applications
  • Custom internal tools when you need them, like employee time clocks
  • Google Business Profile setup so the map result matches the site

Years of it, not a one-off

Phillips Automotive has been a customer for years. Beyond the website we built them a careers portal with job listings and online applications, and a custom web-based time clock the shop uses daily to clock in and out, view hours and track overtime. That is the difference between a web designer and someone who will build the thing your business actually needs.

Make it easy to call you

If your shop is busy but your website is an afterthought, that gap is costing you the customers who have not heard of you yet.
